Adorable home nestled in the mountains only 20 minutes from Clearwater and 1.5 hrs to Kamloops. This 1130sqft home situated in the town of Vavenby, has just under a half acre of fenced land, which includes a single car garage, storage shed, dry storage, huge garden that receives plenty of sunlight, and still land to spare. Well maintained with many important updates throughout the years: this 3 bed, 1 bath home includes a utility room, pellet stove, electric heating, newer hot water tank, new tin roofs installed 5 years ago, double pane windows, and updated vinyl siding + insulation. The home runs on community water, but also has access to the creek fed original well that’s located on the property. The roughly 10 foot well was lined with cement in the late 90’s and is used by the local fire department from time to time. For the outdoor lover who seeks to hunt, fish, snowmobile or just get away from the city, enjoy the quiet of Vavenby with the lifestyle you're looking for. Bus routes run to Clearwater from the Vavenby store three times a day, and bus routes from Clearwater to Kamloops frequent throughout the week.

About
I moved to Kamloops from the Okanagan a decade ago and have never looked back. I studied business and sciences at the University of Northern British Columbia. After finishing my degree with a B.A. and working as an assistant to the Dean of Marketing I quickly jumped into the fast-paced environment of commerce. Having lived in BC the majority my life and having worked all over the country and traveled all over the world, it quickly became obvious, Kamloops is a great place to live. I am grateful for my family and always appreciate good times with friends. I was very fortunate to play competitive hockey and soccer in my younger years which helped to develop the importance of hard work, dedication and teamwork which I apply to all areas of my professional and personal life. After jumping from a plane 97 times I sold his parachute for a set of golf clubs. I also love water, frozen or not, snowboarding, wake-boarding and being in the outdoors.
