Very charming 95 year old home on the North Shore. 2 bedroom and den, 1 bathroom home has loads of character. With some of the old world charm the home has seen several upgrades such as a high efficiency furnace, new flooring, fresh paint to the exterior and built-in dishwasher. With the fully fenced yard the home also offers several fruit trees, private covered deck and a concrete floor workshop with lane way access. Close to Macdonald Park, shopping, schools and public transportation. The partially finished basement has some potential with a little imagination and possibly a 3rd bedroom. Why buy an apartment or a town house when you can own your own piece of property with a charming home.

About

I moved to Kamloops from the Okanagan a decade ago and have never looked back.  I studied business and sciences at the University of Northern British Columbia.  After finishing my degree with a B.A. and working as an assistant to the Dean of Marketing I quickly jumped into the fast-paced environment of commerce.  Having lived in BC the majority my life and having worked all over the country and traveled all over the world, it quickly became obvious, Kamloops is a great place to live.  I am grateful for my family and always appreciate good times with friends.  I was very fortunate to play competitive hockey and soccer in my younger years which helped to develop the importance of hard work, dedication and teamwork which I apply to all areas of my professional and personal life.  After jumping from a plane 97 times I sold his parachute for a set of golf clubs.  I also love water, frozen or not, snowboarding, wake-boarding and being in the outdoors.
