Dawn has lived, worked and played in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor (Squamish now Lillooet) since 1996, and uses that intimate locals’ knowledge to successfully help clients both buy and sell properties of all types in today’s challenging market. Prior to becoming a licensed realtor Dawn was a Corporate Sales Manager for the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, based in Whistler. When not hard at work assisting real estate clients in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor, Dawn spends her time with her husband and local businessman Peter, as well as her son Taylor Marshall and her Red Heeler named Tye – Mexican Rescue (Loreto) Paco Domigo and Sissy Dawns Cutting Horse and Sport!  Dawn and Peter also Own Frasercove Campground and Guest Cabin located on the Fraser River in Lillooet, BC.
